Tips on How to Lose Stubborn Fat

Bicycle Crunches

Bike crunches are a great way to help you get rid your last bit of fat. They also help tremendously with tightening up the muscles around your midsection. This exercise can be used by everybody and is very effective! The great thing about bicycle crunches is the simplicity of them. They are easy to do and give fantastic results.

In order to use this exercise and lose stubborn fat we have included a how to guide below:

1) Lie flat on your back with your hands behind your head and knees bent.
2) Keeping in this position you will begin to feel a bit of pressure in your abdominals.
3) Using a bicycle motion bring your left leg towards your stomach at the knee.
4) At the same time as this turn your head to the direction of the leg which is nearest to your stomach (e.g. turn your head to the left for the above example). You should feel a crunch.
5) Now bring your left leg back out straight and repeat the steps with your right leg.

Like riding a bike your body should be smooth and should take no longer than 5 seconds to perform a crunch.

You are free to do as many reps as you want for the bicycle crunch, although we have found the most effective range to be 30 reps for 3 sets in order to lose stubborn fat.

Crunch On Exercise Ball

An exercise ball crunch is another top exercise that should be included in your arsenal.To do this amazing exercise you need to get your hands on an exercise ball; they can either be purchased for home use or can be used in any major gym.

In order to do this exercise properly please follow the steps below:

1) Lie backwards on the ball with your feet planted firmly on the ground.
2) Now perform a crunch as if you were on the floor.
3) Do this motion up and down for 30 repetitions and you will burn lots of fat.

Depending on your experience level you may find 30 reps to be too much. If this is the case do as many as your body will allow you to do.

Doing these exercises for a couple of weeks will help you start to see results. However, for maximum effect combine these exercises with intelligent nutrition.
